The review of acting achievements "Gulini dani" organized by the Cultural and Educational Centre and the Bata Bulić Theater from Petrovac na Mlavi was established in 2010 as a memory of Dragoljub Milosavljević Gula, an actor and one of the most famous citizens of Petrovac. The festival is held every year in the second half of March. The festival brings together the best performances of amateur theaters from the country and abroad. As the name of the Festival itself says, it is organized in honor and glory of the acting vocation. In each play, the best acting achievement is awarded, for which the actor is awarded the Dragoljub Milosavljević Gula Plaque.
